Abstract

Terkul Bridge was built in 2013 using SNI T-02-2005. As time goes by, the National Standardization Agency issued the latest loading SNI, that’s SNI 1725:2016, it was tried to use the latest SNI. It is hoped that this plan will obtain effective dimensions, load planning, BBS calculations, and RAB calculations. The planning using by precast prestressed beams. The concrete produced by PT. Wika Beton's selection is based on the length of the bridge span. Based on the planning results, the dimensions of the slab are 32 m long, 7.5 m wide, and 0.2 m thick using D16-200 mm main reinforcement and D13-200 mm shrinkage reinforcement. The sidewalk with a width of 0.75 m, and a thickness of 0.25 m uses D16-250 mm main reinforcement and D13-300 mm shrinkage reinforcement. Railing posts with a height of 1.30 m use basic reinforcement with D10-100 mm and D8-100 mm shrinkage reinforcement. Diaphragm with a size of 1.25 x 0.20 m using D10-250 mm flexural reinforcement and D8-200 mm stirrup reinforcement. The length of the deck slab is 32 m, the width of 1.35 m, and the thickness of 0.075 m uses D10-300 mm main reinforcement and D8-150 mm shrinkage reinforcement. PCI-Girder type I dimensions H-1.7 m, the BBS calculation obtained as many as 8,501.66 kg (U-32 thread) and 34,15 kg (U-24 Plain) in this implementation requires a cost of 6,750,000,000.
