Abstract

This study aims to analyze the appropriate distribution channel for the Pambang Vaname Bay Shrimp Farm because distribution is an important part that must be considered in running a business, both large and small businesses. The decision in determining the distribution channel will determine the smooth operation of the distribution process so that it can provide benefits for the company and the parties in the distribution. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained by interview, field observation and documentation. The results showed that the Pambang Vaname Bay Shrimp Farm did the distribution indirectly and in carrying out the distribution activities. Distribution channels are very important in company activities. Because this will affect decisions made by company managers. weighted factor, namely the sale of products in bulk in transportation. There are still supplies outside the distribution process, which causes the distribution to not run as desired, such as damaged transportation and expensive transportation costs and limited cargo for crossings, which hinders the wider distribution of goods.
