Abstract
Job Training (KP) is one of the requirements that must be met to take the next step in the educational process. In addition, practical work is often used as a requirement to fulfill the making/writing of theses, final assignments, and obtaining diplomas or bachelor's degrees at various universities. Job Training is a process of learning and working in an agency/company by applying the knowledge learned during lectures which aims to develop and gain experience in the world of work that is guided by the agency/company. So that the Job Training Guidance Process is currently still being carried out offline. The application will be designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database system. By utilizing this technology, it will be easier for students who want to do guidance without having to go to the supervisor directly. The result of this application is an online practical work guidance website that can assist students in conducting the guidance process and supervisors in the process of examining reports to determining the schedule for holding a KP seminar. The results of testing on the application's functionalities as well as on the user, resulted that the application can run well on browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and according to the designed features can be explained according to the function, and the application can help coordinators, lecturers and KP students in conduct KP guidance online.
