Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT – DD) in handling Covid-19 based on the PDTT Ministerial Regulation number 6 of 2020 in Pakning Origin Village and Sungai Selari Village in Bukit Batu District. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The sample in this study were villages in Bukit Batu District. The results showed that the implementation of direct cash assistance from village funds in Pakning Origin Village and Sungai Selari Village had gone well according to the procedure and was right on target and had been carried out based on the Peramendes PDTT No. In 2020. However, there are several factors that become obstacles in the implementation of direct cash assistance from village funds, namely the limitations experienced by villages including limited budget disbursement, human resources, and infrastructure facilities that support the distribution of village funds for direct cash assistance.
