Abstract
Lift are commonly used in high-rise buildings such as offices, apartments and hotels. The use of this freight elevator is used to make it easier to move goods from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. Generally, lift are made manually, with the development of technology, an elevator system that works manually is made. The goods elevator is designed using the Arduino Mega2560 method which works automatically in vertically loading goods in high-rise buildings. The purpose of this research is to design a DC motor speed regulation system on a freight elevator using the Arduino Mega2560 Microcontroller. The results showed that the response of the speed control system on the mini goods lift system that uses a manual control system has a motor speed value of no-load when it goes up 534,5 RPM, no load when it goes down 481 RPM, load (500 grams) when it goes up 32,15 RPM, when down 497,5 RPM, (load 1000 grams) when up 607,5 RPM, when down 526 RPM, when load (1500 grams) when up 257,5 RPM, when down 234,5 RPM.
