Abstract
The problem of one of the dry bread entrepreneurs in Pedekik Village, Bengkalis Regency is when the process of cutting bread dough is still done with limited tools. So to overcome this problem, a bread dough cutter is made which is able to cut bread dough in a relatively short time so as to increase work capacity. The method used is the study of literature (library), field observations, and observations about dough cutting. Then the design of the shape and manufacture / series of components of the bread dough cutter is carried out. The capacity of the dough cutter is 6 kg/hour. The number of slices of bread cut in one hour is 990.
