Abstract

Performing development of renewable electrical energy is an indispensable action for today, for example, to save electrical energy. To make electricity savings can use a tool that is a solar cell seat (PLTS). Solar cell seats are made in this thesis works to utilize solar light energy for the lighting of the chair at night, to charge mobile phones and laptops this tool allows students to refill mobile phones and laptops when the PLN dead. This is what drives people to make the latest innovations in the field of renewable energy utilization. Based on the results of the test and analysis, it is concluded that the chair is equipped to turn on a 9 watt lamp, 2 pieces of laptop and 2 phones using Photovoltaic (PV) 50 WP, battery charge regulator (BCR) 12V / 10A and 50 Ah battery.
