Abstract
PLN (State Power Plant) is not always continuous in penyaluranya, a time must occur blackout that may be caused by interference on the transmission system or distribution system. To anticipate from the blackout, then used automatic control system called ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and AMF (Automatic Main Failure) or interlock system PLN - Genset. ATS and AMF can be used to control the status of generator such as voltage and frequency of generator output, fuel level, and temperature of generator. ATS and AMF will release the supply to the load when the voltage is in the normal state of 220 volts, and release to the load when the generating frequency is in the normal state of 50 Hz, and the time it takes the genset to supply the load after the starting is 5-8 seconds using the generator 220 Volt.
