Abstract

The more rapid advancement of the technological era, the industrial world is required to make significant advances in any field to support the productivity of the industry itself, both in terms of human resources, equipment, production, etc. One of the supporting productivity in terms of tools is the crane. So the author wants to design a hoisting crane with a control system that uses android.This control system utilizes bluetooth on a smartphone. Then the incoming signal will be processed by Arduino as the control center. the signal given from Arduino is sent to the relay to run the motor. This control system can be run independently for each motor that will be controlled by the user with the Android smartphone application that is already available. The farthest distance testing of the Bluetooth HC-05 connection is 10 meters, when a distance of more than 10 meters the Bluetooth connection will be automatically disconnected. The farther the distance to connect Bluetooth, the time needed to connect will be longer.
