Abstract

This study has been praised to design and make a stand-up control device in setting the speed of a one-phase induction motor using a controller module. The first stage of making the equipment is done by designing a hardware or microcontroller circuit consisting of Arduino Uno R3 optocopler sensor, LCD, controller module. The second stage is done by designing software using Arduino programming. The last stage is to conclude the results of the previous stages. With the same amount of frequency and varying input voltages (50v, 75v, 100v, 125v, 150v, 175v and 220v) it produces a variety of motor speeds, as happened in the 50v voltage generation resulting in a motor rotation speed of 6,960 rpm at 75v speed input the motor 11,920 rpm at a speed of 13,620 rpm the input voltage is 100v, the input of 125v gets a speed of 15660 rpm, the 150v input obtains a speed of 17230 rpm input of 175v obtains a speed of 18980 rpm and 19620 rpm at a voltage of 220v. from this it can be seen that the greater the input voltage provided, the greater the motor rotation speed is generated
