Abstract
Induction motor is one type of electric machine that is widely used in everyday life for both industry and household. To regulate the speed of rotating motor here requires a series of dimmers that play an important role in regulating the speed and speed of rotation of the motor. In the dimmer circuit there is a TRIAC component that functions to handle the final supply to the motor, the TIRAC component will be controlled by changes in the resistance of the potentiator and the DIAC component which causes a change in voltage. To adjust the rotation speed of the motor, it is necessary to make the adjustment manually. a tool that can control a motorbike based on GSM (Global System Mobile ), to facilitate consumers in regulating the speed of rotation of the motor, with this tool consumers can already do on / off the motor, monitor voltage, current, and monitor the speed of the motor RPM. this is enough to be monitored and controlled through a cell phone (Handpone ) based on SMS (Short Message Service ).
