Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the basic needs that is very important in human life today. The delivery of 220 volt low voltage commercial electrical energy still uses electrical cables. One of the ways of sending or transferring electrical power that continues to be developed until now is wireless electricity transfer. Transferring electrical power wirelessly has advantages over using a cable that can increase comfort in using electrical equipment. In this study a wireless power transfer system with magnetic induction was developed. With the working principle of the PLN source connected to the power supply then connected to the transistor and connected to the primary coil then transmitted to the secondary coil, an experiment is carried out by changing the number of turns of the wire and the diameter of the wire which aims to find the maximum power with the number of turns of the copper wire that has been formed as a primary coil for transmitting and secondary coil for the recipient to be distributed to the load. Test results on the Rangkaiaan copper wire with a diameter of 0.6 mm with a number of 33 turns that can be transferred at a distance of 3 cm with the experimental results can turn on the 1.3 Watt LED lamp.
