Abstract

Protection system is a tool that can be interpreted as a protection or protection of a device that functions to detect interference or abnormal automatically. 3 phase induction motor is the most widely used motor in the field of industry, so the 3 phase motor is considered very important in the industrial world, so the induction motor must work properly and safely while operating. There are so many disturbances that occur in the 3 phase induction motor in it, namely overload, unbulance voltage and increase in temperature on the 3 phase induction motor. The protection system of the 3 phase induction motor is automatically controlled by Arduino Uno. The overload limit, unbulance voltage and temperature rise will be adjusted according to the ability to operate a 3 phase induction motor, this protection system uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller. From the results of testing the Analysis And Design Tool for the 3 Phase Induction Motor Protection System as Prime Mover. The difference in measurement results of the ZMPT101B voltage sensor and power supply is 4.3% error, the current sensor readings displayed on the ACS712 power supply and current sensors have an error of 5.2% and the DS18B20 temperature sensor measurement and an error measuring 5.15%. Comparison of real values and sensor measurement values are still included in the normal category.
