Abstract

This time electrical energy has become one of the primary needs in everyday life. The wind is a natural energy which is very promising to be used as a solution to the energy crisis in the community. The author designed a windmill as a solution, which will catch the wind turbines and will be converted into electric energy.The manufacturing of windmills includes calculations and design drawings, determining the components to be used, the next stage of assembly and testing. the authors make the blades with the basic ingredients of Styrofoam . designed blade with 3 blades, and produces a maximum voltage of 20 volts with a wind speed of 8 m / s with a rotation of approximately 2000 rpm.
