Abstract

Batteries have now become a part of everyday life. Batteries have become a necessity that is inherent in every activity, especially those related to electronic devices. Many parameters need to be considered in battery charging such as voltage. The battery charger auto monotoring system uses Arduino based SMS notifications to monitor the battery voltage condition. This system works in a way if the battery voltage decreases from the specified value, the system will automatically notify the remaining capacity of the battery through the GSM900L sim module that will be sent to the smartphone. Then it will be charging by sending commands to the GSM900L sim module. Based on the results of this study sending data using a smartphone and GSM900L sim module depends on the good or bad condition of the network or GSM900L sim module signal. The accuracy of the success of sending data on the monitor monitoring system auto charger using Arduino GSM900L SIM module is 80% of the number of times the process of sending data.
