Abstract

Electricity growth continues to increase from time to time in line with increasing economic activity and public welfare. The increase in the growth of electrical energy will certainly deplete the existing non-renewable energy source if its utilization is ineffective and inefficient. In the utilization of electrical energy, it is sometimes unknown how much energy has been used so that it tends to waste electricity. Therefore, to determine the amount of electrical energy that is being used, it is necessary to measure the use of electrical energy. The purpose of this study is to maximize the voltage that enters the load, namely the street light. By using the transformer as a voltage converter both the rising and falling voltage, the transformer is controlled using arduino uno assisted by the motor driver to govern its motion, as well as using rtc to adjust the time on the transformer so that the transformer can move according to the specified time.
