Abstract
This study aims to determine respondents' responses to imployee performance at Indomaret in Bengkalis Subdistrict, as well as the haigst and lowest responses that affect employee performance at Indomaret in Bengkalis Subdistrict. This type of research is observational by distributing ofline questionnaires to 43 respondents consisting of 28 men and 15 women. This study used a non-probability sampling method. with saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the performance of Indomaret employees are quantity, Quality. Timeliness Effectiveness. Independence Work Commitment Quantity variable is the most dominant factor influencing the performance level of Indomaret employees in Bengkalis Subdistrict with a mean score of 4,17 and the smallest factor affecting the performance of Indomaret employees in Bengkalis Subdistrict is the Independence variable with a mean score of 3,68.
