Abstract
Office management has become easier due to the rapid progress of information technology. Asset inventory is one of the activities carried out in office management. The research was conducted at Meetup Coworking & Office Space, where office asset data is still managed manually with notebooks. According to observations and interviews, the meetup office possesses more than 250 assets. There are often obstacles and difficulties experienced by officers who carry out asset inventory activities on Meetup. The lack of proper management of maintenance results in officers having trouble finding information on the results of maintenance. Based on the existing problems, developed an information management system for the Meetup Coworking & Office Space based on PHP using the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database management system. Tests are carried out directly by the operator at Meetup Coworking & Office Space to ensure that all features of the system are working and as expected. Test results indicate that the existing features have been implemented successfully and are working as expected, and this system helps Meetup operators record and manage asset data, making it easier to create reminders for asset maintenance, efficiency in the printing of asset data reports, Implementation of QR Code labeling for assets.
