Abstract
Study this aim for knowing accountability and transparency management fund help operational health at UPT Puskesmas Regency Bengkalis. method analysis used that is descriptive qualitative . Technique data collection in study this that is Interview and documentation . Based on results study could concluded that the UPT Puskesmas District in 2020 in To do accountability already can say good though still there is in reporting occur delay , on many program implementations are not achieve the target because the presence of COVID-19 and also assistance program operational health already could said transparent Thing this could seen from procurement socialization and mini workshops (MINLOK) and plan of action (POA) that follows involve whole staff as well as socialization to Public village .
