Abstract
Public speaking is needed for everyone, the inability to communicate can cause a person's lack of confidence when doing public speaking. In Insani Management Bengkalis, still use the WhatsApp and Instagram applications for the public speaking training ordering process, so this cause messages to appear and makes prospective participants wait to get a reply from the admin, this is certainly not optimal. From these problems, a training services for booking application website-based at Insani Management Bengkalis.This application is designed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as a database management system. Testing was carried out directly by the Insani Management Bengkalis branch director and several prospective participants or users by testing every feature available on the system, whether it was successfully executed or not. From the test results, it can be concluded that in the admin, the existing features are successfully executed and are as expected, this application helps the admin in inputting training packages, scheduling, and viewing order data. Meanwhile, from the best results on the side of prospective participants or users of this application, it makes it easier for prospective participants to make orders and payments for public speaking training, and related information on training and scheduling is very clear so that this helps participants in getting more optimal information.
