Abstract

Along with the increasing need for electrical energy and technological developments, where the electricity source from PLN is used as the main power source in a house. In one condition, the source of electrical energy from PLN is not always continuous in its distribution. The manual transfer of electricity can be time-consuming which can be detrimental to the agency. Therefore, an automatic solar cell transfer operating tool was made, namely ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch). Along with the development of technology that is all practical and online, in research and design of an Android-Based ATS Monitoring and Control System by utilizing the Internet Of Things (IoT) system, it allows electricity sources and electricity quantities to be monitored and controlled by an ATS system remotely via the Internet. In the process solar cel,scc,battery,watt meter and inverter. The results of the drying experiment with directions that the direction of the solar cell with the highest solar charger chontroller and watt meter measurements in the north direction with an experiment of 5 trials in each different direction of the solar cell and the results of the experimental test got 88% success out of nine trials.
