Abstract

The large number of requests for pineapples, especially during big holidays, on the other hand, with the large number of requests on big days, pineapple farmers are not able to meet market demand with just one harvest, usually farmers outsmart this by crushing the pineapple into pulp and then in refrigerate or freeze so that it can last up to several months, but farmers are only able to destroy 1 kg capacity in one process to destroy 10 kg of pineapples, farmers have to repeat it 10 times. Therefore, the author thinks to make a crusher with a capacity of 10 kg so that if the farmer wants to destroy in large quantities, he does not start his work too much and does not consume a lot of electricity costs as well.
