Abstract

Along with the development of technology, planners are required to work more efficiently. To answer these challenges, a new technology called Building Information Modeling (BIM) emerged. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is able to simulate construction projects in 3D. With BIM technology, an accurate model of the building can be visualized in 3D. There is a BIM support software called Revit Autodesk. Revit is a BIM software by Autodesk that functions for architectural, structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design. In this study, a modeling of the Integrated Lecture Building 1 of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic with the BIM system was carried out using the Autodesk Revit 2020 software and the calculation of the budget plan for structural work based on the volume of the output volume of the software revit 2020. Calculation of the budget plan using AHSP Cipta Karya 2022 and price list of building materials for Bengkalis Regency 2022. From the results of the design that has been done, a 3D structural modeling of the integrated Lecture Building 1 is obtained which results in the calculation of the Quantity Take Off volume is concrete volume 2283,75 m3 ,rebar volume 244671.48 kg, dan formwork volume 210645.46 m.From the volume results, the RAB for the structural work of the Integrated Lecture Building 1 is Rp.13,464,205,000.-.
