Aplikasi Manajemen Keuangan UMKM Kain Tenun Putri Mas Berbasis Website

UMKM Kain Tenun Putri Mas is a business engaged in the production and sale of traditional woven fabrics. The financial record-keeping of this business is still done manually and inconsistently, resulting in unsystematic financial data and difficulties for the owner in tracing transactions and preparing financial reports. This research aims to design and build a website-based financial management system for UMKM to assist in recording income and expenses and generate structured financial reports. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL as the database and a responsive web interface.
The main features include daily transaction management, cash balance recapitulation, transaction category management, and daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports. The system was successfully built with three user access levels (Admin, Cashier, and Owner) and is capable of automatically
recapitulating financial data and displaying reports in real-time. Black box testing results show that all system functions run as expected and are responsive across various devices and web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge), making the system effective in helping UMKM manage their business finances more efficiently
