Sistem Informasi Pencatatan Transaksi Penjualan Pada Butik Kalila Dengan Penerapan Role-Based Access Control

This study aims to design and implement a web-based Sales Transaction Recording Information System at Kalila Boutique by applying the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) method to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security in managing sales data. The problems faced by the boutique include manual transaction recording, stock management, and report generation processes, which increase the risk of recording errors, data loss, and delays in report preparation. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database and implemented the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) approach to ensure security from the design stage. The implementation of RBAC divides user access rights into three main roles: superadmin, admin, and cashier, ensuring that each user can only access features according to their responsibilities. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions operate according to requirements. The results of the study indicate that the system is capable of facilitating automatic transaction recording, generating sales reports quickly and accurately, and enhancing data security through access control restrictions, thereby supporting more effective business decision-making for the owner of Kalila Boutique.
