Abstract
Bengkalis Regency, one of the regencies located on the East Coast of Sumatra, has a strategic area in Riau Province because it is directly adjacent to Malaysia. Bengkalis Regency covers an area of 11,481.77 km2, Bengkalis Regency has a large coastal and marine area with a high diversity of natural resources and potential for fisheries and marine development. One way to develop this is by cultivating fish using the Aquaculture technique of floating net cages (KJA). Floating net pond fish cultivation can be done either in deep rivers, lakes, above tarpaulin ponds, to the sea. Floating net pond fish farming is one of the efficient and effective ways to cultivate fish.
