The management of data on infrastructure development and social assistance plays a crucial role in the transparency of village governance. However, in Mentayan Village, Bantan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, data management is still carried out manually and using rudimentary methods,resulting in limited access to information, potential recording errors, and difficulties in searching for and updating data. This study aims to design and develop a web-based data management application to enhance information transparency. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL/MariaDB database. The results show that the developed application provides features for presenting information on infrastructure development and data on social assistance recipients, which the public can access directly without having to visit the village office. The application also includes a feature allowing residents to independently apply for social assistance by uploading their Family Card (KK) as data validation, thereby eliminating the need for manual applications through neighborhood units (RT/RW) or in-person visits to the village office. In addition, the system provides data management and summarization features that allow village officials to search, process, and generate reports more quickly in PDF format to support administrative needs and the implementation of Village Deliberations (MUSDES).
