Abstract

Dumai city goverment will build of retribution for support the acceleration of the regional economy in several locations, namely in Pelintung, Bukit Timah and Rawa Panjang. Its has posttal fasilitis, parking lood, and road pavment. The purpose of finaly projec all the planing off road byusing Pd-t-14-2003 metod With us off rigid pavment Based on the results of the LHR and CBR surveys in the existing condition, 9.5% was found, so it was identified that the pavement thickness designed by the Pd T-14-2003 method was 260 mm with an estimated cost of Rp. 3.327.615.195
