Abstract
Indonesia is one of the developing countries in the Asian region, therefore infrastructure development is very intensively carried out. With the development of infrastructure, there is development and competition in the construction world is increasing. So the need for technology in the construction world is needed in order to get effective and more efficient results. One of them uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. The concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) by making 3D modeling on the structural work of the Integrated Lecture Building III (GKT III) Bengkalis State Polytechnic. In this study, data processing techniques are used with the 3D structural modeling phase of the building using the revit structure 2020 application and the calculation of the volume volume check-off and the calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB) using the AHSP Cipta Karya 2022. From the results of the design that has been done, 3D structural modeling of the Integrated Lecture Building III (GKT III) is obtained which results in the calculation of the volume volume of the teke off, namely the volume of concrete 1059.74 m3, the volume of iron 136897.4 kg, and the volume of formwork 4784.040 m2. From the volume results, the RAB for the structural work of the Integrated Lecture Building III (GKT III) is Rp. 6,013,976,000.00.
