Rancang bangun Aplikasi pengadaan Barang dan jasa pada PT.Bumi Laksamana Jaya (Perseroda) Berbasis Web

Procurement of goods and services is one of the essential processes in supporting a company's operational activities. PT Bumi Laksamana Jaya (Perseroda) still carries out part of its procurement process manually, resulting in delays in information dissemination, recording errors, and limited publication of tender opportunities to vendors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based procurement application using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development methodology, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and documentation. The developed application provides features such as procurement package publication, vendor registration, company profile management, bid document submission, tender evaluation, winner determination, and tender result publication. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method, and the results indicate that all main application functions operate according to user requirements. The implementation of this
application improves the procurement process by making it more effective, efficient, transparent, and well-documented while supporting the implementation of good corporate governance at PT Bumi Laksamana Jaya (Perseroda).
