Abstract
The workshop is a small and medium-sized entreprenuer type business that is engaged in repair and maintenance services, be it motorbikes or cars. Currently, there are many motorcycle workshops located in certain cities andregions. However, there are many motorcycle repair shops around, whichcanmake motorcyclists confused about taking their motorbikes to the nearest official or conventional workshop. Currently, motorcycle maintenance can also be doneindepedently, with information in the digital era which make it easier for users tofind all information, including how to take care of motorcycles users who cantakecare of their vehicles independently and most of them can only use it and take it tothe workshop when a problem occurs. Even though doing maintenanceindependently has many advantages such as saving time, no need to queue, cost effective and also faster. Based on the problems that occured, the researcheswanted to build a consulting application entitled “Design and build a Web-BasedMotor Vehicle Maintenance Consultation Application Using the PrototypingMethodology.
