Abstract
The problem in my final project research is related to the obstacles during the loading and unloading process of roll paper at the port of Tanjung Buton related to the purpose of my final project research is to find out about what are the obstacles during the loading and unloading process of roll paper at the port of Tanjung Buton and to find out what are the efforts to Overcoming obstacles during the roll peper loading process at the port of Tanjung Buton. The method of writing my final project is by way of observation, documents, interviews. The results of this study are can be overcome if the loading and unloading process is equipped with adequate tools, understands the performance of a good and effective stowage plane and prioritizes health and safety. The obstacles are the lack of adequate tools in loading and unloading activities, slow or ineffective stevadoring performance and bad weather during loading and unloading.
