Abstract
In line with the rapid population growth, the government and private sector are required to build public facilities. It impacted trip generation and distributions. The Impacted not increasing road capacity is congestion. To overcome this, it is necessary the evaluation of road performance. The purpose of this research was to determine the performance of roads in Dumai City using the PKJI 2014 and PTV Visum 22 methods. Based on the results indicated that Jend Sudirman street has been Degree of Saturation as big as 0,84, which means roads are almost jammed. Meanwhile, based on the modeling result using PTV Visum, Jend Sudirman street is the busiest road with 290 movements/day.
