Abstract

Liong River is a river that connects two villages, namely Selat Baru Village and Bantan Tengah Village. This bridge has deflection in one of its segments. The calculation of the structure of the bridge aims to obtain a design and detail with the structural design of the Liong river bridge using PCI-Girder prestressed concrete. This bridge has dimensions of 0.3 m thick, 9m wide and 108 m long. deflection that occurs in the bridge slab is 0.25 mm.In the planning of the PCI Girder beam, 125 cm is used with the concrete quality of K - 800 and the calculated results for the initial pre-stress force are 5088.745 KN, for the final pre-stress force after loss of stress due to stress (loss of prestress) is 4190.731 KN. For the deflection that occurs in the calculation of the prestressed beam after becoming a composite is 0.966 mm. After completing the calculation of all the volumes, you can get a Budget Plan (RAB) of IDR 8,511,382,181
