Abstract
Is planning a building, it is necessary to have an implementation method can be interpreted as a procedure taken to realize a facility or infrastructure in a certain way in order to achieve a goal. The use of appropriate, practical, fast and safe implementation methods is very helpful in completing contruction work so that the objectives of the project can be achieved properly. In an effort to have a good understanding of the implementation method, marking 3D animation vidios is considered very suitable to be done because it can see the development process from start to finish. This research method discusses the method that is considered the best to be applied in the implementation of the contruction of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Character Development Center Building and also calculates the volume of concrete and iron work. The result of this study explain that to get good work result, it is necessary to develop an implementation method that will be applied in the field. By delivering the implementation method trough 3D animatin video animation, a person’s understanding is judged to be getting better about the implementation method.
