Abstract

DC motor rotation controller with Arduino Uno proportional method is a system that utilizes proportional control to control the speed of DC motor, in order to maintain the desired speed when given the load. In this research, the design of DC motor speed controller with proportional method (KP) in order to rotate DC motor remain constant when burdened. Calculation of DC motor rotation speed either before or after overburden will be read by sensor encorder, then result of calculation will be shown in LCD screen. The result of the analysis shows that the initial RPM value of unencumbered DC motor will be equally stable when burdened and the highest error value seen at setpoint 245 is 41.2%.
