Abstract

One of the post-harvest rice processes by farmers is drying of grain or rice, usually the farmers do the drying in a natural way that is drying the grain in the sun. But this kind of drying process has the disadvantage of being heavily dependent on the weather, cleanliness is less awake, if coming rainy season takes a long time to dry the rice. There fore a drying process with an artificial heat source from an adjustable biogas is required to achieve a constant heat. The test is done by using solenoid valve to regulate the gas flow to the heating furnace, the solenoid will be on when we push pushbutton button and solenoid will off by itself when the temperature has reached 36o celcius. From the test results of the system note that the system can work automatically when the temperature has reached the limit specified feeding solenoid valve will close by itself.
