Abstract

To increase the effectiveness and improve the quality of students in the teaching and learning process, modules are needed as learning media and theoretical testing. This module is for testing the characteristics of arduino-based sensors and actuators. Where there are five MQ sensors, one load cell, and PTC and NTC sensors, while the 180 ° servo motor actuator, 360 ° servo motor, stepper motor, DC motor. The working principle of this module uses eight switches and displays the results on the LCD. For one time experiment, you can only use one switch, switches one through four for sensors and switch five to eight to run the actuator. This module has been tested, MQ sensors are able to detect gas objects according to the sensitivity of each MQ, PTC and NTC sensors have worked according to their characteristics, by testing the temperature range of 11 ° C to 60ºC with an error voltage value of 4.32% at PTC and NTC 3.26%, load cell is able to measure weight with a maximum of 5kg only there is a slight error of 0.65% at a weight of 1.52Kg, for DC actuators in testing using the PWM technique to regulate speed, PWM 255 is PWM full speed rotation of DC motors and there is little error between input voltage and output voltage, with an average error of 16.65%, 180 ° servo motor, moving when given a cool angle with a maximum angle value of only 180 °, a very large error at 180 ° of 8.88 %, the 360 ° servo motor moves CW at ADC values 0-227 or CCW at ADC values 227-231 and stops and at ADC values 231-226, while the stepper moves based on the sequence of pulses for the clockwise direction. am in the order of pulses 1000, 0100, 0010 and 0001.
