Abstract

Taximeter is a tool for calculating the amount of travel fares by taking into account the distance traveled and travel time. This tool is usually used on taxi fleets, but as time goes by, the taximeter users are also growing. to calculate the distance traveled, a motorcycle taxi driver can determine how much it costs or costs required. But not a few ojeg motorists determine a very high tariff than the price that should be, so that there are often disputes between motorbike riders and ojek passengers in bargaining. To determine how much is per kilometer. Hall effect sensor functions as an input to detect neodymium magnets on the wheels of a motorcycle. The sensor detects the magnet will counter the wheel rotation, then display the converted mileage in rupiah. The results of the average error calculation of the actual distance to the distance of the sensor reading is 21,5 % percent
