Abstract

Now many traffic signs are not known by the authorities when there are no police on guard. Based on this problem, a tool was made that was able to overcome the problem. With this tool, it will be seen who is committing traffic violations. This tool is made by modifying the system at a red light by adding several sensors and cameras. When the traffic light is red, the sensor and webcam will work. If at one time the traffic light is green, then the traffic lights are 2, 3 and 4 are all red, after the first green line for 10 seconds, the traffic light 1 is moving to yellow and the traffic light is on the path 2, 3, 4 are still red, after the traffic light lights are in yellow 1 for 2 seconds, then the light will move to red for 40 seconds in one full turn, if there is an object that crosses or passes in front of the sensor then the sensor will work sending a signal to the webcam, the webcam takes pictures of the violation and then saves it to the database. The sensor and webcam do not work when the traffic light is yellow and green.
