The obstacles of supply chain and logistics constraints are delays in the departure of Ro-Ro (Roll on-Roll off) ships and power outages at Public Fuel Filling Stations. The solution is to establish a cooperative relationship between Ro-Ro (Roll on- Roll off) ships and Pertamina by setting a special schedule for the departure of Pertamina's transport cars. Public Fuel Filling Stations must provide generators and diesel power plants or solar power plants located on the roof at special Public Fuel Filling Stations to support backup power supply in the event of a power outage.
