Abstract
This final project is entitled Planning and Making a Mimilk Goldates Business in Bengkalis City. The goal to be achieved in writing this final project is how to plan and produce Mimilk Goldates and determine the cost of production in the Mimilk Goldates business project. The final task is carried out in several stages, the first stage is the project preparation plan, the second stage is the project implementation plan, and the third stage is project completion. The initial costs incurred to make Mimilk Goldates were obtained from the Group's personal capital. The project was carriedout from 01 August 2022 to 17 December 2022 and production was carried out 23 times. The first sale produced 35 bottles of Mimilk Goldates and the last sale produced 25 bottles. The production cost per bottle is IDR 5,916 with a selling price of IDR 8,000. In this project the capital used is IDR 500,000.
