Abstract
This study aims to make it easier for MSME to manage financial reports. The case study was conducted at the Libra Store in the Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, and the data collection process was carried out by conducting interviews and observations. The problem with the Libra business is that there is no record of transactions from other operational activities, so it can be stated that the existing records are still kept simple, such as recording income and expenses. To overcome this problem, an MSME Financial Recording Application based on SAK EMKM Android was built, which was designed using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. Application testing is carried out using Black Box testing, where testing on the admin and member sides is carried out directly by shop owners and members who are at the Libra Store by testing all the features available in the application to ensure that the application is running successfully and as expected or not. However, it should be noted again that the UI/UX still needs to be optimized so that users can understand it more easily.
