Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Accounting Knowledge, Soft Skill, and Infromastion Technology Knowledge on the work readiness of accounting students in the Industrial 4.0 and society 5.0 eras. This research method is a quantitative research using questionnaires. The population of this study were Public Finance Accounting students at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic. Sampling using purpisive sampling technique and a sample of 131 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Accounting Science, Soft Skills, and Information Technology have a significant positive effect on work readiness in the era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0.
