Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of village development or village infrastructure through self management of BERMASA grants in 8 (eight) Independent Villages in Bengkalis District. This study also aims to find out village considerations in determining priorities and how villages optimize the implementation of village development or village infrastructure. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques of this research are interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that each village has different priority considerations according to Village Needs and Benefits, Regional Development, RPJMDesa, Economic Improvement and Improvement of Village Development. Appropriate with activity priorities, the implementation of village development or village infrastructure appropriated with the Regulation of the Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency No. 12 of 2019. However, not all village governments carry out self�management because there is a need for materials that cannot be self-managed, so it is done through providers. To optimize development activities carried out at the beginning of the year around June to August. In 2023, the proportion of village development or village infrastructure is 50% according to the Direction Letter of the DPMD Kabupaten Bengkalis
