Abstract

Cornato Balls are healthy snacks made from potatoes, carrot, corn, and celery. These vegetables contain content that is good enough for the body. However, to be processed into contemporary snacks is still relatively small. The business idea emerged to process these vegetables into delicious and nutrious food. Before the product is ready to be marketed, the product must go through a trial test in order to determine whether the product is suitable for sale. In addition, the purpose of the trial test was to see in terms of texture, shape, taste, and durability. The purpose of implementing this project is to find out the Cornato Balls production process, obtain raw materials, and production costs during the manufacture of Cornato Balls. This project is carried out in 3 stages, namely the project preparation plan, the project implementation plan, and the project accomplishment plan. The initial capital used in this project is personal capital. The location of purchasing raw materials in traditional markets and wholesales store. This project was carried out for 4 months starting from August 2, 2022 to November 16, 2022. The total production that has been carried out is 2025 boxes. The cost incurred for 100 boxes production for original variant is IDR 200.480 and for the mozzarella variant is IDR 217.055. These production costs do not include marketing costs. The obstacle experience during production was that the product could not be stored for too long and the solution was that production was carried out using a pre order system.
