Abstract
Pondok Ikan Bakar New Normal is one of the places to eat on Bengkalis Island. Pondok Ikan Bakar New Normal still records orders manually, namely using paper in recording food orders and printing menu lists and there is also no report to recap data from orders that have been made by customers. To overcome these obstacles, an Ordering Application and Website-Based Ordering Report Case Study was built: Pondok Ikan Bakar New Normal. This application is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework and MySQL as a database management system. With this application, it makes it easier for customers in the food ordering process and makes it easier for the Pondok Ikan Bakar New Normal to manage order data and make reports. From the test results, it can be concluded that the existing features are successfully executed and are as expected, based on the results of testing this application makes it easier for customers who have a busy schedule at the office or do not have time to go to the restaurant to order food and make it easier for the Pondok Ikan Bakar New Normal in managing order data.
