Abstract
In the implementation of posyandu activities, there are several obstacles, namely in processing posyandu information on data processing, still recording posyandu data into ledgers so that the use of paper that can be lost and damaged and has an impact on the recap process repeatedly so that it has difficulty because the data processing has not been computerized. From these problems, it is proposed that the posyandu data processing application in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis Subdistrict is Website-Based so that it becomes a posyandu that in inputting data can be computerized properly. This application is designed using the PHP (Hypertext Propocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework and MySql as a database. Testing is done directly by the cadres of the Kelapa Gading posyandu and several users or the community by testing each feature available on the system, whether the application runs well or not. From the test results, it can be concluded that in the admin with the existing features successfully run and already in accordance with the expected, this application makes it easy for admin in inputting data on children, mothers, bumil, and KB along with services, and can also input announcements and print reports. Users can see KMS, child services, pregnant women and family planning when doing posyandu while health workers can see reports and print reports.
