Abstract

This final project is entitled Planning and Producing Jamu Kunyit Asam Mbatur. The objectives to be achieved in writing this final project is to determine the production process of Jamu Kunyit Asam Mbatur, to determine the cost of production and calculate the number of products for each production, this final project is carried out in several stages namely, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage, the results of the completion of the project indicate that the production process of Jamu Kunyit Asam Mbatur starts the search for raw materials, cleaning raw materials, grinding raw materials such as: turmeric, white turmeric, turmeric ginger, gotu kola leaves and several other ingredients. After that, the raw materials are mixed with a water ratio of 2:1 (tubers and leaves). After mixing brown sugar and tamarind and then packed into bottles. Production was carried out 23 times by producing 24 bottles to 35 bottles at a times, production in this project lasted almost 5 months, from August 7, 2022 to December 16, 2022. The total cost of producing the Jamu Kunyit Asam Mbatur is IDR 4,415/bottle and produces 593 bottles for 23 times the production of Jamu Kunyit Asam Mbatur products
