Abstract

This final project is entitled Business Planning and Production Crispy Bread. The objectives to be achieved in writing this final project is to determine the production process of Crispy Bread, to determine the cost of production and calculate the number of products for production, this final project is carried out in several stages namely, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage, the results of the completion of the project indicate that the production process of Crispy Bread starts from thin the bread with a rolling pin, cut sausage and chocolate bar, put the stuffing into to the bread, fold both sides with flour and coat with breadcrumbs, fry until browned, after it is then packed into mica brownies and given sticker. Production is carried out for 20 production times with one production producing 50 box to 58 box, production in this project last 3 (three) months starting on Augustus 08, 2022 to October 28, 2022. The total cost of production Crispy Bread IDR 8.200/box and produce 948 box of Crispy Bread for 20 Production times.
